OUTCOMES
Most patients need no follow-up and have lasting results. We don’t make guarantees though based on 35 years of proved exceptional patient results we presume you too will do quite well.

INSURANCE
As patients come from all over the U.S. and beyond with hundreds of different insurers/plans we will provide a paid receipt that you can file for reimbursement, tax deduction, etc.

We have always done a lot of support work within our local community for those in dire need.  We see patients from all
over the Country and beyond, most with severe chronic pain and many with financial challenges. We ask that friends, family, neighbors, community in the patient’s local area provide support for those who need our treatment just as we do here locally. We do not have the ability to offer payment plans and payment must be completed at time of treatment visit confirmation.

Use of this website and/or visiting for treatment indicates agreement with our patient/user policies. In exchange for the provided information on this website as well as any provided medical treatment, User/Patient agrees to hold harmless Dr. Tom Chi, The Pain Therapy Institute, The Pain Whisperer and staff. All treatments have successes and occasionally positive results are not achieved.

Website users who visit for care hereby acknowledge complete review of this website and patients agree that they have investigated this treatment to their full satisfaction and understand typical outcomes as well as acknowledge rare yet possible failure for the treatment to help and the possibilities of exacerbation of symptoms, pain etc., as is typically of medical treatment, not an exact science and with no guaranteed results.

Any concerns or disputes are to be mediated by any Nationally recognized arbitration organization following industry accepted protocols. Mediation results will be final with no further recourse by either party. Damages are to be limited to amounts paid for treatment. No attorneys fees, court actions or other torts or proceedings are allowed. With that said, any court clarifications or other actions undertaken though prohibited by this agreement, would be only in Wichita Kansas and no other venue.

This is a complete and final agreement. No other statements or promises are made and user/patient hereby agree to these terms.
